My name is Adrian Rivera, and fitness has become a huge part of who I am.
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with a passion for helping people build confidence, lose weight, and create healthier lifestyles that actually last.
Outside of coaching, I'm heavily involved in endurance sports and athletic performance. I enjoy running, cycling, swimming, triathlons, HYROX training, weightlifting, and overall health and wellness. Whether I'm preparing for a race, training for endurance, or pushing myself in the gym, I believe fitness should challenge both the body and the mind.
After losing over 20 pounds in under 90 days, I realized that lasting results don't come from extreme diets or endless hours in the gym. They come from consistency, structure, accountability, and having a plan that fits your life.
My goal is simple: help men and women lose weight, build confidence, improve their health, and become stronger physically and mentally while creating habits they can maintain for life.
